Truffle is a kind of chocolate candy, usually shaped like a ball, cone, or curve. It was created by Louis Dufour in 1895 and is named for its resemblance to the famous French mushroom truffle.

Traditionally, chocolate truffles are coated with cocoa powder to make them look like sandy truffles. The chocolate is divided into two layers, with an outer crust covered with cocoa powder and an inner layer of ganache. The most distinctive feature of the truffle is its unique recipe, which creates an ultra-low melting point of 23 degrees, resulting in a melt-in-your mouth taste unmatched by any other chocolate products. Truffles come in different recipes and taste different accordingly.

Every 100g of truffles contains 31.7g of carbohydrates, 4.2g of protein, 5g of dietary fiber, and 0.06g of sodium, which will be good to your health.
